Residents of all ages are invited
to visit the Amgen-Cymru Visitor
Centre and Landfill site at Bryn Pica, Llwydcoed, Aberdare to see at first
hand why it’s so important that you start Reducing, Reusing and
Recycling as soon as possible.
During these visits you can discover lots of recycling secrets, visit a
working landfill site, see how waste gasses are turned into energy and
how recyclable items can be used to create some great new things.
BE PREPARED...the landfill site will change the way
you think about waste forever!
If you would like to visit the centre, sessions are available twice daily,
five days a week, each session lasts approximately two hours.
