TO CHANGE.
WHY DO YOU NEED TO RECYCLE
?
Our world is changing and we all have a part to play in
ensuring that future generations continue to enjoy it for many
years to come. Our actions today, no matter how small they
may be, will shape the future that our children inherit.
It’s time to change and ensure that we continue to live in
a clean, green Rhondda Cynon Taf.
Since 2006 Rhondda Cynon Taf Council
and its residents have successfully diverted
a whopping 312,000 tonnes of waste
from landfill – but together we must do
much better!
Rhondda Cynon Taf... It’s time to change!
We must change the way we reduce our waste by reusing our
belongings as many times as possible and recycling as much as we can.
There are many ways you can help to ensure that we reduce, reuse and
recycle as much as possible. The Council is supporting by providing
various reuse and recycling services.
This guide aims to give information on all the services available to ensure
that we meet the waste reduction targets set by the Welsh Government and
avoid financial penalties.
